*Cracks, damage, or defects in the area where the seatpost is clamped with a torque exceeding the evolve’s specified maximum limit.
*Cracks, damage, or defects in the area where the handlebar contacts the shifters due to tightening with a torque exceeding the evolve’s specified maximum limit.
*The issue is not related to paint quality, such as manual scratches or accidental damage.

Replacement Policy:
If a warranty claim is accepted, evolve reserves the right to provide a replacement frame/component. The replacement will be the latest updated version of the original model, and paintjob is subject to availability. If the same-level product is out of stock, evolve will offer a higher-level replacement at no additional cost. Final evaluation and decision are made by the evolve team.

Warranty Cost: evolve will bear all costs incurred for warranty service within the scope.

Warranty Claim Procedure Step 1: Safety Notice
If you experience any functional issues with your bike, stop using it immediately and have it professionally inspected to ensure it is safe to ride. Continuing to use it may pose a safety risk.

Step 2: Submit Your Claim
Verify Warranty Eligibility:
Once confirmed to be within the warranty scope, submit your claim through the original purchase channel.

Step 3: Prepare Documentation
To speed up the process, please prepare the following:
– Clear photos of the damaged part;
– Model name and serial number of the evolve product;
– Complete proof of purchase (including date and seller info);
– Valid contact details and shipping address.

Step 4: Claim Processing
If purchased through the evolve website, our after-sales team will respond to your claim and provide updates via email within 3 business days. More complex cases may take longer.
For purchases made through other channels, please refer to the response provided by the respective seller.

Non-Warranty Conditions The following are not covered by this warranty policy:

1) Natural Wear & Tear
Normal wear from usage or aging;
Paint fading due to UV exposure or outdoor use.

2) Modification or Misuse
Unauthorized modification of frame/fork (e.g., engraving, repainting);
Use of non-original or lower-quality replacement parts;
Any form of misuse (e.g., commercial rental, extreme stunts, or aggressive riding that is beyond the ASTM riding conditions specified for the frameset).

3) Accidental Damage
Damage from crashes or impacts;
Faults caused by lack of proper maintenance;
Repairs not performed according to evolve’s guidelines, or using parts not authorized or specified by evolve.

4) Verification Issues
Serial number has been altered, removed, or is unidentifiable

5) Non-Mass Production Models
Prototype or test models not available for public sale

Warranty Disclaimer Non-Transferable Rights
All rights and benefits under this warranty are only valid for the original purchaser and cannot be transferred.

Third-Party Product Disclaimer
evolve and its authorized distributors and dealers are not responsible for any direct or indirect damages caused by third-party products that are not designed, manufactured, or sold by evolve.

Ownership of Replaced Parts
All parts replaced under warranty become the property of evolve. In some cases, we may require you to send back the damaged parts (shipping costs covered by evolve) for quality analysis or product improvement.
