Crash Replacement Policy

If your evolve frame or components are damaged due to a crash, fall, or other unexpected accidents during riding, even if the damage is outside the warranty coverage, you can still apply for the Crash Replacement program to purchase replacement parts (such as frames, forks, or original components) at a discounted price.
Coverage Eligible Owners: The first owner of the frameset (original purchaser) only.
Crash Replacement Terms & Conditions Scope of Coverage
Applies only to original evolve & KREUZA branded products;
Exclude third-party components or cosmetic damage.

Applicable Conditions
Only covers functional damage caused during riding;
The applicant must be the original purchaser (non-transferable);
Valid within 3 years from the purchase date, one-time use only.

Policy Details
Offers discounted pricing for repair or replacement;
Discounted prices cannot be combined with other promotions;
Not applicable to insurance claim cases.

Exclusions
Normal wear and tear, improper maintenance, or non-riding damage;
Repairs not performed according to evolve’s guidelines, or using parts not authorized or specified by evolve.

How to Apply Step 1: Submit an Application

Step 2: Evaluation & Quotation
Our service team will review the damage and determine whether repair or replacement is applicable.

Final quote is based on:
– Product model and damage severity;
– Shipping costs to your region.

If applied through the evolve website, You will receive a quote within 3–5 business days.
For application made through other channels, please refer to the response provided by the respective seller.

Step 3: Confirmation & Fulfillment
If you accept the quote, email confirmation is required (via email).
We will instruct you how to submit the order for the replacement parts and notify you of the estimated delivery time.
