Since its launch, the evolve CIMA has represented more than a high-performance road platform. It embodies our core belief that a modern racing bike must seamlessly fuse advanced engineering, refined aesthetics, and the drive that inspires every cyclist to challenge their limits.

In 2026, evolve bicycles introduced an expanded lineup of CIMA colorways, with each finish offering a unique expression of speed and style. From the race-inspired MG.K Team Edition which is created in partnership with Italian continental squad Mg.K Vis, to the refined Raw Carbon Gold and other vibrant designs, these releases showcase evolve’s commitment to craftsmanship and modern visual identity.

Behind every CIMA model lies a single engineering focus: a race-proven platform crafted to deliver tangible performance for professional athletes and ambitious road riders alike.

Proven on the World Stage: Engineering Validated by the Pelotons

Real-world racing remains the ultimate proving ground. Throughout the 2026 season, CIMA has supported professional riders across a demanding global calendar with two standout teams: Team Solution Tech NIPPO Rali and Italian continental squad Mg.K Vis.

Across intense one-day classics and grueling multi-stage races, pro riders have put CIMA’s lightweight construction, aerodynamic efficiency, and precise handling to the test. The platform delivers immediate results:

18 Victories in the First Half of 2026: Team Solution Tech NIPPO Rali claimed 18 wins aboard the CIMA road platform.

UCI ProSeries Triumphs: Key performances include Stage 4 of the Tour of Magnificent Qinghai, Stage 2 of the Tour of Slovenia, and Stage 1 of the Tour of Hainan.

Stage & GC Success: Standout results include taking GC #1 at the Tour of Japan and winning double stages at the Tour de Taiwan, driven by world-class athletes such as Dušan Rajović, Matteo Fabbro, and Santiago Umba.

For Mg.K Vis, the CIMA MG.K Team Edition represents more than a distinct color scheme. It symbolizes a shared commitment to honoring Italian cycling heritage and developing promising young talent. A prime example came at the Ethias-Tour de Wallonie (2.Pro), where rising talent George Wood claimed the King of the Mountains (KOM) jersey against a field of seasoned WorldTour veterans.

Engineered in the Lab, Unlocked on the Road

CIMA’s race-winning efficiency is driven by relentless, data-backed design:

Ultra-Lightweight: Frame weight starts at just 650g (Medium, raw frame), providing a massive advantage when the road tilts upward.

Tested Aerodynamics: Validated in the renowned Silverstone Wind Tunnel, CIMA saves 4.7 Watts compared to top tier industry benchmarks, cutting through the air effortlessly.

Uncompromised Stiffness: The frame passed the stringent Zedler Advanced Test, the highest standard in German lab testing, ensuring maximum power transfer during explosive sprints and high-wattage attacks.

From high-speed flats to punishing alpine climbs, CIMA provides every rider with the speed and stability needed to race with absolute confidence.

Beyond the Pro Peloton: Winning the Pogi Challenge

The spirit of racing extends far beyond professional fields. Recently, evolve rider Frederik demonstrated the full potential of the CIMA platform by securing 1st place at the prestigious Pogi Challenge.

Founded by Slovenian World Champion Tadej Pogačar, the Pogi Challenge is a celebrated event that merges open amateur competition with pro-level climbing environments. It also supports a meaningful cause, with proceeds benefiting the Tadej Pogačar Foundation and the youth-focused Pogi Team cycling program.

The crown jewel of the event is Sunday’s “S Klanca v Klanc” climb. Starting in Pogačar’s hometown of Komenda and finishing atop Krvavec Mountain, the route covers 15.13 km with 1,177 meters of elevation gain at an average gradient of 7.9%. This relentless ascent mirrors Pogačar’s childhood training grounds, giving riders a real taste of world-class climbing.

The event’s signature chase format sees nearly 1,200 cyclists set off before Pogačar departs to hunt them down. The goal for every participant is simple: reach the summit before the World Champion catches you.

Having received his CIMA just weeks before the event in June, Frederik relied on the frame’s 650g foundation and high-rigidity power transfer to conquer Krvavec, taking the overall victory against a field of elite amateur climbers.

“Last Winter I decided I needed a new race bike without compromising any performance, and opted for the Cima – and I love it, everything about it. It’s absolutely better in every way than my current bike and you guys can be proud that you created such an amazing product (and cockpit and accessories of course). ” says Frederik.

His success highlights the core design of CIMA: delivering pro-level responsiveness to every rider striving for their ultimate performance. “One thing is for sure: I won’t be stopping racing anytime soon, in fact everything I achieved on the evolve Cima already is motivating me even more to go all in and see what else is possible. ”

Every Rider Has Their Own Finish Line

Whether it is a continental team competing for stage wins or a dedicated amateur tackling iconic mountain passes, every CIMA frame shares the same DNA.

evolve builds bikes to help you push further, ride faster, and experience the thrill of reaching new milestones. The journey continues, on racecourses, local routes, and every road where determination meets high performance.
